Coaching

  • I have spent my lifetime studying humans in relationship with themselves and others. It’s at the core of my values and strengths. I have explored and developed many forms of relationships and supported others on their journey. Relationship is our sandbox for inner work (dissolving ego and learning about true self).

    Practicing Ethical Non-Monogamy (ENM) and Vipassana Meditation have taught me the most about being a feeling human, and the inner work I have done enables me to hold a fantastic container for this work together.

  • Team/group coaching is another focus area of mine where complex relationships and (often) opposing needs result in tensions that are shared across all parties involved - consciously or subconsciously.
